During the 2017 convention of the National Railway Historical Society, which was based in Nashville, Tennessee, a luncheon trip aboard My Old Kentucky Dinner Train between Bardstown and Clermont, KY was offered on June 22nd. Two ex-Southern Railway FP7s, now painted in R.J. Corman’s striking red and silver scheme, powered the three-car consist comprised of two diners and a kitchen car spliced in between. This is the chartered My Old Kentucky Dinner Train west bound six miles west of Bardstown during a heavy downpour.
